Due to the highly specialized and labor-intensive nature of our services, all confirmed repair, restoration, or custom design orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. For services that have not yet begun, cancellation is possible within 24 hours of invoice payment.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, we encourage you to contact us at support@chronocraftate.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will assess your concerns and, if appropriate, offer revisions or corrections at our discretion.
No refunds are issued for delays caused by parts unavailability, courier disruptions, customs holds, or force majeure events.
